[SEL] Economy Cart Dimensions

Thanks Curt. I have an existing set of axles where the wheels are 52.25 
apart. This should be close enough. It looked a little wide all drawn up, 
but should do the trick. I'll send an attachment to Jim's list showing what 
it will look like.
