Hi Jim,

How about telling us a few more details like make and model, missing parts 
or complete and so on.  In answer to your question anything can be restored, 
it just depends on how much time and money you want to invest.

OK...there is a long story behind this.  Anyway, I am
now in possession of an old H -n- M with 18" diameter
flywheels.  It is in good/solid shape.  Can this thing
be brought back to life without extrodinary measures?
I am in Rochester, New York.  Can any of you savvy
