[SEL] Allen condensor and coil tester

I picked up what may be a working Allen coil and condensor tester, model E1403.  The light comes on, the meter deflects, but there are settings that must come from some documentation that came with the unit.

Anybody have a manual for this unit that I could copy, or know of a source for such?
