[SEL] Roll Back Gooseneck

They make'um Jim. I've been assured of that by a reputable engine nut back 
east.  But google doesn't show anything yet.  I guess it would operate like 
a rollback truck bed.  Like used nowdays for recovering vehicles and seen at 
NASCAR.
