[SEL] cart handle design

i'm building a 4 wheel cart for my 2 hp vertical OTTO.
the wheels are 16" rear and 12" front that will center pivot steer under
the frame. i have the handle attachment castings for the front axle.

i'm wondering what would be the best kind of handle to make.
wood? all steel? T- handle? D- loop handle?
hitch end for pulling with a winch or (gulp) tractor?

ideas and pics of ones that work well for moving and loading are requested.
