[SEL] Insurance.....Star Pickets

Hi Peter, as you and every one else knows all insurance companies will find 
a way out of paying out . I've worked on farms most of my life and have 
never had anyone show me that a star picket went in a certain way as most 
are used in a fence line. Dave
