Curt,

Was there a sign telling you not to climb over the fence?  You should demand 
the show organizers pay for your shorts that were ripped. Or maybe the fence 
manufacturers, or the guys that put up the fence. I would name them all in 
your lawsuit.  One of them will pay or atleast settle out of court.  Some 
clubs will now want their fences to be increased in height to discourage 
people from crawling over them. Of course some people will probably still 
try to scale a six foot fence. Barb wire or razor wire on top of the fence 
will be the next step after increasing the fence height.
