[SEL] OT Strange bolt.

Yes, I've run into a bolt like this a couple of times. I believe the 
threads on these bolts are not cut, but rolled into the body of the 
bolt.  Apparently the rolling dies got out of adjustment for the bolt. 
 I also believe that all Grade 8 bolts have rolled rather than cut 
threads, more like a forged bolt then.  I could b wrong, but I think 
this is the way it's done.
