[SEL] Blackstone ER3

I have an enquiry about how to adjust a Blackstone ER3 Govenor. I have an ER 
but I'm not sure if the govenor is similar. The ER is on a power generation 
system in the outback. Anyone maybe in the UK with any idea's?
