[SEL] New Way Questions

Howdy all,

Here is the link for some photos of a 3-1/2 hp New Way Model "A" Type 
"C" <http://homepage.mac.com/hmtucker/PhotoAlbum13.html>.  A friend 
of my father-in-law got this critter from a very old (92 y.o.) friend 
of his.  I haven't seen it but Lincoln thinks that it's an older 
restoration.  It's got a lot of compression even with being 
completely dry of oil so it should run without much work at all.  The 
new owner would like to know when it may have been made and a 
ballpark value.  The last patent date on the nameplate is '08.  The 
info in the BRB doesn't go into the different models or give much 
info on the production years so I'm hoping that someone here can help 
us out.
