[SEL] Fairbank Morse Z Style D (ShoeBox/SaltBlock) Status Update

The engine has mechanical lifters, so to get the right tappet clearance, you
need to use the shims (under the lifters).  The cam contacts the lifter,
which contacts the valves - no pushrods are used.  It will make sense once
you tear into it...
