[SEL] Setup of List Area at Portland (Second Post)

Luke,
I agree! I'd rather take a chance on a little standing water under the 
canopy of the trees, instead of baking in the direct sun. Unless we no 
longer have a choice.....can someone in the know remind us of the 
circumstances prompting our move???
