[SEL] Early Switchboard Meters and Switchgear

Some time back we did a page or three of old switchboard meters that
we had collected, but we lost the page link in the menu reshuffle last
year.

Now we have added four pages of early type knife switches as well, and
reinstated the pages:

The original pages are Nos 1 - 4, the latest pages are 5 - 8.

The pages can also be reached through the 'Miscellaneous' icon on the
main menu page, there is an item on the Miscellaneous menu now.
