[SEL] Fuel pump packing material

Starbolt engine supply's have old type pump packing and it works great.I is
not expensive and you don't need much.I picked up 10 boxed reals of this
same stuff here in OZ at a swap meet some years ago and use it on the new
pumps that I make.
