Until I hear from Jim Dunmyer, whose site it is, I have provisionally
removed their listing from the document page and have renamed the
stored files as well so that nobody can access them by name.

It is Jim's perogative to take what action he feels fit, and I will be
guided by his wishes on this matter. Should he request reinstatement,
then I will do so, as he can of course do it himself if he wishes.
