Steve (and others who have been ripped off),

I think you should contact the seller and express your anger directly and
clearly.  I would ask him to withdraw the material from eBay immediately.

If he doesn't, ABSOLUTELY report him to eBay!!

I also really like the idea of contacting the bidders and pointing out where
they can find the photo at no cost for their personal use.  8-))
