Hiya Dave,
Thanks for the advice.  I suspect I've not run into trouble because I do the
second coat within a few minutes of the first setting up, when it's still soft.
Suppose I wanted to do a second coat on a tank that had previously been KP'ed
and used for a few years.  Is there a procedure for that?
