Hi Curt,
         Take a long and hard look at the Hercules piston you are having 
cast. Then think long and hard about your 2nd PS (ie P.P.S.) If you fail to 
see some problem with what you have typed ask Missy. I'm sure that an 
engineer can explain the difficulty to you!
