[SEL] Oz Museum Needs Help With IH 3HP M Engine

This gent's not on the List. He could use some help with his M. I've 
addressed some of his basic questions offlist, but he's gonna need more 
help. Some of you Ozzies might be especially helpful with parts 
sources, etc.
