Hi Curt & Ted,

Can you guys say a bit more about what an "external ignitor" is, how it
works, and how it differs from a conventional "internal" ignitor?  This is
a new term to me.  I've seen a number of Stickneys, but somehow I missed
this detail.  Thanks.
