[SEL] Engine/pulley question

Hello all, 

Now and then I get questions to my mailbox that I can't come close to answering. I would prefer this stays on list so my ignorance can be reduced a bit. Private reply would prevent that.

Is the engine a FM Z, and is the pulley unusual is the question posted to me. I'll pass on any responses, and get him on a list. Thanks in advance and ....
