[SEL] New Toy

Hi all.  I picked up a new engine Friday.  Large Economy, possibly 7hp. 
5¾" bore and 10" stroke.  Runs like a top. The ignitor and mag have been
replaced by a spark plug and coil activated by a micro switch.  pictures

Any information as to HP. and possible years of production would be
