The problem with the "Anti-Gun" people (Which includes the media ) is - 

They wouldn't know an assault weapon if it bit 'em in the ass.

I don't care if the load capacity is 20 rounds or 2 rounds.

Pretty soon they will be calling a B.B. Gun an "Assault Weapon".
