Ahhhh, that's cos it doesn't have enough of the meaningless cosmetic
features to qualify.  It only has a grenade launcher and a bayonet.  Add a
pistol grip and a detatchable mag, and whoa boy!  ASSAULT RIFLE!

Yeah, EXACTLY as one needs to do with every so-called "assault rifle" that
WAS banned!

More to the point though, why isn't this thread over on Slick Willy
instead of on the SEL?
