[SEL] Hercules power unit

Hi all.
Last weekend at the Tulare swap meet a cute little Hercules Power unit
followed me home.  Model ZXB, serial no. 302475.  A military version
hopped on the trailer to keep it company.  What information is available
on these little fellows?  Thanks.
