[SEL] Galloway 5hp Saw Outfit..finally done

The belt on mine is rather tight, so the tensioner doesn't pull it down very far. Also, the tensioner pulley is pretty heavy as well, so I don't have to hook the spring to it. I'm at work now so I can't measure the downward force.
