Contact the local heavy wrecker service.  Those big wreckers will lift 
18,000 and set it on your trailer with little effort.  Some even have booms 
that telescope and swivel.  Be sure to discuss the needed rigging with them. 
  I'm pretty sure that the service will have enough rigging to do the job, 
just ask to make sure.
