[SEL] WICO PR and EK

Curt and others,

On Hercules built engines, the WICO EK and PR magnetos use the same bracket,
but the trip rocker is different because the PR has an internal return
spring and the EK has an external return spring on the trip rocker.

The Hercules built model E engines use the Webster K on the 2 1/2-3 and 5 HP
engines and the Webster L on the 7, 9 and 12 HP sizes and both mags fit the
303K26 bracket and use the same trip mechanism.
