My first time on your website.  My husband and I just bought a Fairbanks Morse engine today at Portland (just before the first big rain).  We're primarily tractor people, so very ignorant about engines.  I hope we got a good deal - it seemed cheap for what we've seen.  We've been looking to buy one for a few years now.  The engine we purchased is in running condition and fairly decent paint.  It's green, but I don't know the serial number without going back out to the barn to look.  Where is a good place to buy a coil?
