[SEL] Fairbanks

Dave

Waterloo Built engines for many different companies.  You should be able
to locate a serial # on the ignitor side of the crankshaft.  The tag on
these engines are often missing, but were located on the off side
(opposite the ignitor) base.

If you can measure the bore, we should be able to determine the hp.
