Hi Folks,
 The engine pictured was built by Waterloo engine Co., I'm not sure of the 
name it carried when sold. The long pipe with the cap on the end is the mixer, 
the gas line was hooked to the 1/4 " pipe. Hook a battery & low tension coil to 
the ignitor, that's all of the electrical connection needed. I doubt that it 
was run on propane, I have a 4hp & a 1 1/2hp Waterloo, they are built pretty 
much the same as your engine.
