I have a Red Wing marine engine (4 cyl) which doesn't have an engine tag. I've been in touch with Harry Munson Jr, he could only send me a bad photo of one. I tried to have a New Brass Tag made but was told the copy was not clear enough. Does anyone out there have a good picture or even a drawing of one of these Tags. Checking YouTube on how to make Tags, I'd like to have a go. Any help would be great. Andy Brandon Qld Australia. They found another lawyer who apparently talked some sense into them and convinced them to drop the case. Unfortunately this left us with the decision to pursue the motion to sanction or drop it and allow them to drop the case. If they lost that they would have had to pay my lawyers fees. I wanted to let everyone know that the day before the final court date ( after several delays and other motions), they did drop the lawsuit. It was full of drama. I'll spare you the details, but the short story is their lawyer actually quit on them in court, on the first day. The judge was not amused and gave them 2 days to find new counsel. They found another lawyer who apparently talked some sense into them and convinced them to drop the case. Unfortunately this left us with the decision to pursue the motion to sanction or drop it and allow them to drop the case. If they lost that they would have had to pay my lawyers fees. But my lawyer counseled me to drop the sanction and allow them to drop their suit. He said there's just no way to know what the judge might be thinking. He did force them to sign a Consent Decree. This gives us a fast track towards a frivolous lawsuit if they try anything again. I appreciate all the support and words of encouragement!
