[SEL] Query on Mystery Objects Take 2 with pics

Hello Gents & Others,

I was hope someone of might have some idea what these things are used for?

I have been to the local tool specialist and he has no idea (40 years in the business).

I have 2 sets, identical. They were taped together in pairs. 

Seem to be made of steel.

BTW - measurements in metric.
