They are just introducing a middle so they can skim from the top, the parcel 
still arrives via USPS, gives you the shits. There is a way the sellers can 
opt out, but it is all too hard for them.

Have a look here mate.This is what they call global shipping and if it is
offered in the sellers description you are trapped by ebay to use this.
