[SEL] Howard terrier engine

Hi John, I found out they did use Kohler engines in latter models 
I found the info from Howard web page.
mine is a model L

I have an old Terrier in the shed,motor still goes,I think it is a Kohler.

I have a Howard terrier rotary hoe model l.02 serial number 16688 and it
needs a conrod, any one know who made this engine
