[SEL] clutch pulley help

I have a clutch pulley trying to identify.  
 
16 inch diameter, 8 inch width, 3 bolts on 11 inch circle
Trace of red paint
 
Embossed numbers/letters on several parts I found so far.   Numbers/letters 
subject to interpretation
168 on arm cast with pulley
C11 or Gll on brake arms, 3 places
C44 on ring near hand wheel
 
Sound like an IH pulley with the different parts id's?
