[SEL] Drag Saw Help Needed

My understanding was that the blade runs all the time and the clutch 
will slip if it gets bound to keep from breaking things. The nut and 
spring set the tension on the fiber disc as to how easy it slips. There 
wasn't anything to make it fully release. The early Vaughan saws worked 
the same way. I'll have to look and see if I can locate the Ottawa parts 
and take pics. I've never got around to putting the saw together and its 
been awhile since I've even seen the parts.  Doug T
