[SEL] Delco Battery Charging Help

Does anyone know where I can buy a 32V battery charger?  My local engine club has the orginal bank of battries with a Delco engine which has starting issues. The battery bank is not fully charged and we are going into winter months.  My thoughts are to charge up the battery bank so the engine can be tested and run again.  Any and all help is requested.
