[SEL] OT. 16.5 tires

Hi Ron, i have the same situation, but the 16.5's are still available here from Tire o Rama, about $200.00 each. He suggested going to 16's, new wheels about $75.00 each. skip

Hi all.
I have a friend with a '81 Chevy van chassis motor home with 8 x16.5
tires.  He is going to need some new tires soon and is finding they are
no longer available, and is looking to convert to 16".  I think the 16"
should be easy to find.  What vehicles would he look for to find the 16"
wheels with the proper offset for dual application?
