[SEL] OT: How to de-primer shells

What I've done in the past, is spray the inside of the case with CRC.
Leave for a couple of days, and then punch out with a pin punch.
If they're not single flash hole type, drill them out using a drill press.
Oil will kill a primer.
I've carried this out on 7.62 (30cal) and 50cal and still have all my 
fingers.
