[SEL] re. 22hp stover fuel pump

If you a pice of brass that is the right size to make one thats what you should use as its not going 
to see enough wear for it to matter as this engine is no longer going to be doing a full days work every day.


Its also worth mentioning that the brass they used was probably not as refined as what can be found today.
