[SEL] OT: Posting Delays

Has anyone else noticed a lag in time from posting to the list till 
it shows up? The last few I have sent have about a ten minute delay 
from the time I send to the time it shows up. My ISP does not seem to 
be the issue as when I email directly with other people there does 
not  appear to be a time delay. The last note to the list left here 
at 10:23 and showed up at 10:34 time stamped 10:23.  Is this normal 
and I am just noticing it?  Thanks,   Mark
