[SEL] Friction clutch pulley on Dave's Galloway 16

Arnie, have him measure the largest and smallest diameter where the cover 
would bolt on.  The smallest would be where the cover slides over the 
collar.  We have one cover and handwheel on our 6hp but looks like it'll fit 
on the 9hp which is missing both.

  I'll try to get some pictures up.
