[SEL] OT car troubles

Considering the flashing of the dash lights, I'd go with an intermittent
contact of some wire. Perhaps at a crimp for a power wire, or a loose
ground, or a corroded plug in connector. The corroded connector would
not pass power until voltage was high enough to arc and then burn away
enough corrosion to allow intermittent power. I've had all three cause
me problems until I found the culprit and cleaned it. So good luck at
finding it.
