[SEL] The Challenge lives again

After many years in storage my 4hp Challenge is out and running again. The
nearest I can work out is that it last made an appearance in 2006. I have
fitted a new battery box, rewired the electrics, fitted a Jerry Evans name
plate and a new oiler. It runs as well as it ever did:
