[SEL] Snipping Unwanted Content in Posts

Guys & Gals:

Please remember to delete unwanted content when you are posting to the Lists.

There are many 'one-liner' messages coming across, with two pages of
unneceesary stuff that doesn't need to be included.

A little thought would be appreciated.
