[SEL] My quest continues

Eric,
Give me a call, worked on a few of these. Theres not much to see 
"externally" on a factory original set up just a contact clamped on 
the push rod and a insulated contact off a bracket bolted to where 
the mag would normally set. As for timing just make the contacts 
connect at about 1/4" Before Top Dead Center of the compression 
stroke.  Thats all there really is to it.  Now if you are converting 
a magneto engine to spark plug ignition there are several changes 
that needs to be made.  The most important being the cam. Thats to 
make it run right, without building specific pieces to work in 
certain ways.     Mark
