Long extension cords.  You won't hear it running if its a 1/4 mile away.

Where is the noise coming from?  Is it exhaust noise or does the engine 
itself generate additional noise?  A quieter muffler will help the exhaust 
noise.   For engine noise, maybe put it into a sound insulated box and use a 
bit of your power to drive a fan to keep the engine cool.

Third option- Buy a Honda.
