[SEL] Progress in the new workshop

I finally have a couple of engines in the new workshop and I fired both up
today. It has been many months since either was running so it was nice to
finally have something running at home.
The first engine to be fired up was (appropriately) my Fairbanks-Morse No.1
Eclipse. It was my first engine and I have owned it for over 30 years. There

Second engine to be fired up was my flywheel governed Root & VanDervoort
'Triumph Line' 1hp engine. It was a bit reluctant to fire up on stale fuel
but some fresh stuff soon had it running. The next step is to bring one of
the bigger engines home...
