[SEL] Heater Fuse - OT

Does anyone on the list know if there is a fuse for the heater blower on my 
'98 Ford E-250 Box Truck ? 
For some reason the "Low" & "Medium" speeds have quit working.  Only the "High" speed works.  I have tried to find a fuse in the fuse panel under the driver's dash and under the hood.
No luck !
